Team Building at Newcastle College

Urban Active provides a day of team building activities for Newcastle College Sports Coaching & Sports Therapy undergraduate students.

In the morning session students worked in small groups navigating their way around a set of six mentally and physically challenging tasks. In the afternoon the students completed a further six tasks against opposing teams. Over the day the teams gained point for task completion providing a ranked team order at the end of the day.

The final event of the day was a 'Gladiator' type race, with teams on staggered starts depending on their ranked order with this race deciding the final winner. Prizes were awarded to the teams placed in first, second and third.
