We specialise in providing a unique, fun experience at every party we do. Sessions are pre-planned, well structured, organised and supervised by a qualified, experienced instructor. The central theme of our parties is FUN and EXERCISE and they are specifically tailored to your requirements and your child's age and interests. All equipment is provided.

Urban Active offer the following parties:

• Urban Surfing (a fun energetic combination of Snowboarding, Skateboarding and Surfing)
• Archery*
• Street Glider (similar to Heely's but with adjustable detachable wheels which fit on the heels of trainers )
• Air Rifle Shooting*
• X - Stream Air Wars (a cross between quaser-lazer and paintballing without the mess, using sponge rockets and pump-action 'taggers')
• Urban Games (street games & party games both for individual and teams - "kingy", "octopus", "custard face", "stop", "castle", "birds nest", "pirates", "benchball")
• Mountain Biking
• Dodge Ball
• Ultimate Frisbee
• Active Kids (mixture of mulit-skill fun games, ball games, street games with balls, tag belts, frisbees, bats, sticks, cones, mats etc)

* These parties are skill-challenge rather than exercise-based.

NEW PARTIES IN 2008

Urban Active is now offering Urban Surfing parties for up to 30 people at a time. Urban Surfing is the new hot extreme sport hitting UK this summer, it is a COOL combination of Snowboarding, Skateboarding and Surfing. We can bring all our equipment to your party, including 30 Urban Surfing boards, 30 sets of safety equipment, helmets, wrist guards, elbow guards and knee guards.

Following the popularity of 3 different types of party-activity, Urban Active has now combined these into one party to increase your 'party-fun' experience. This is known as the 'Ultra Active' party - lasting for one and a half hours. It includes: 30 mins of Urban Games, 30 mins of Dodge Ball and 30 mins of X-Stream Air Wars. The 'Ultra Active' Party is packed with fun and variety and guaranteed to wear out any child!

Why not have a beach party? Urban Active is now offering a range of activities on the beach, it's a great location and we have already delivered loads of parties on the beach. Just make sure you check the tide times!

All of our parties are creative, exhausting and always fun with the added bonus of being good for your children.

We use a variety of venues throughout the region which we can book on your behalf or refer you to (including school halls, church halls, scout huts etc). Alternatively you can book your own venue independently. We can even use your own garden should you wish the party to be at your own home (this depends on the activity requested and the time of year, of course!)

We can also provide you with Urban Active Party Invitations and 'Thank You' letters to send out to your friends before and after your party, as well as take photos or video the party on the day if you require.
