Urban Active provides a wide range of activities, PE sessions and physical activities to schools and colleges throughout the region, as part of lessons, PPA, health weeks and school festivals or open days. These include Sports Leader Uk Awards for Young Leaders and Day Certificate in Sports Leadership, TRI - Golf, 'Multi Skills', fitness testing, BMI (Body Mass Index Measurements), short tennis, 'Speed Agility and Quickness' (SAQ), athletics, 'Ultimate Frisbee', dodge ball, Level 1 Award in Sports Leadership, Young Leaders Award, ball skills, parties, christmas party games, summer fete activities, 'Urban Games', archery, basketball, rugby, 'Street Games', sports coaching, sports injuries and CYQ Health Related Fitness for Children and much more. "Wayne came to our school for 8 weeks to develop our skill's for sport. He really enjoys teaching children his skills and the children enjoy his course. He teaches children sports games that can be carried on in the playground. It really helps children's fitness and agility, and it's fun.
He likes to help the children work as a team. We played beanbag catching with overarm and underarm throwing, we did ten throws with our right hand then our left hand then we had a competition".
